Last painting for 2010

 I went out yesterday morning with a couple of friends of mine up in the Burbank hills and managed to do this one. It started out badly and when I was leaving I was less then pleased with it so, I worked on it a little more when I got home. It feels little better.

Here's some stuff that I did to give me a break from what I was supposed to be doing.

Lighting Keys part 3

Here's the last of it.

 

 

This next set was the last set of lighting keys I would do for Astroboy. I'm not sure if they were used. 

This  key was done by Kristen Lester. I would use it as guide for color and lighting direction. 

Well, that's the last of it. I spent exactly one year on Astroboy and experienced a lot of ups and downs.  More importantly I learned tons about art and myself and made some great friends in the process.

Lighting Keys part 2

Here's another bunch. There are only one or two keys from various sequences because I was probably splitting the sequence with Kristen or Nicolas Weis.

 

This one was originally done by Kristen for the Blue Core shot. I was able to take her version and do the Red Core shot.

 

This is a color key that was done by everybody at some point.
